Bay County, FL

In early March of this year, Lifeguard Ambulance Service received a certificate of public need and necessity to provide ambulance services within Bay County, Florida. Lifeguard-Bay County is currently providing non-emergency ambulance services to the hospitals, facilities, and residents within the county.

Continuing in the Lifeguard way, Lifeguard-Bay County sought ways to become a community partner. This operation has participated in a couple of events with the NICU transport team at Gulf Coast Medical Center, in setting up their isolette for demonstration at events that raised awareness about premature births or other illnesses faced by infants. Additionally, Lifeguard has provided in-service training and education about its services for both Bay Medical and Gulf Coast Medical Center, along with other rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and other facilities within Bay County.
