Lifeguard Ambulance Service provides ALS & BLS services to the City of Mobile, AL, and supports the City of Mobile Fire Department transport assistance for ALS and BLS 911 request.  Lifeguard features critical care services with 12 lead monitoring, IV pumps (3 chambers), ventilators, and Stryker stretchers in variety of configurations:  Rugged MX Pro, MX Power Pro, and MX Pro Bariatric. Since we started in August 2008, our fleet is growing in combinations of Type I and Type II vehicle, and adjusts to meet the needs of our customers.
