Brown County - EMT of the Year

Each year, the VFW Post 3278 & Auxiliary host a Citizen’s Public Safety awards banquet and accepts nominations from law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other services. This awards ceremony recognizes individuals that stand out among their peers and represent their specific field well. Lifeguard nominated EMT-Paul Tidwell, who has been in the EMS industry for eight years and was a peace office for three years. Through his interactions with co-workers, customers, and patients, Paul is noted as being very professional, courteous, and respectful of others. He continues to be very dependable, reliable, generous, and willing to help others in any way he can.
